🛡️ Odonla Acceptable Use Policy

Vendors are strictly prohibited from listing or selling the following items on Odonla:

  • Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials

  • Drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia

  • Adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content

  • Stolen or fraudulently obtained items

  • Any product that violates local or international laws

2. Prohibited Activities

Users and vendors must not engage in:

  • Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices

  • Misrepresentation of products (false description, fake images, incorrect pricing)

  • Money laundering or other illegal financial activities

  • Harassment, abusive behavior, or threats toward other users

  • Manipulating reviews, ratings, or order outcomes

3. Vendor Responsibilities

All sellers on Odonla must:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and honest product information

  • Fulfill orders promptly and in accordance with Odonla’s delivery guidelines

  • Comply with all applicable local and international laws

  • Honor refunds, returns, and dispute resolutions per Odonla policies

  • Maintain current and accurate business and contact information

4. Enforcement and Consequences

Odonla reserves the right to:

  • Remove any product or listing that violates this AUP

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that breach the policy

  • Investigate suspicious activity and report to authorities if required

Failure to comply may result in permanent removal from the platform and loss of access to funds.

5. Compliance with Laws and Payment Processors

All users and vendors must comply with:

  • Nigerian laws and regulations

  • Consumer protection rules

  • Paystack and other payment processor policies

This ensures a secure and reliable marketplace for everyone.

6. Reporting Violations

If you notice any violation of this policy:

  • Contact Odonla Customer Support at support@odonla.com

  • Provide details including product name, seller, and screenshots if available

We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.

7. Updates to This Policy

Odonla may update this policy from time to time.
Users and vendors are encouraged to review it periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
